Russellville Dental Lab is looking for someone to join our Customer Experience team in our Nashville/Goodlettsville office. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for managing an established daily route of clinical partners in Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Madison and Springfield, TN.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in the dental field but prefers the professional aspect more than treating patients. Current and former dental assistants, hygienists, and anyone who has worked in a dental office are excellent candidates.
The role will be to maintain and grow relationships with our clinical partners through daily pickup and delivery of cases, discussing and communicating feedback on work between the lab and clinician, and helping to give the best possible Experience of working with a dental lab possible.
You will be taking over this role in a smooth, controlled transfer of trust from the existing Customer Experience Manager for Nashville. No “drop-in” to an uncomfortable environment.
This is a full-time position, with pay starting no less than $15/hr with extensive benefits including vacation and personal time.
