Zest Anchors Settles Suit Against Implant Direct
Compliance with settlement will not affect product warranties with RDL
Escondido, CA (July 30, 2015) Zest Anchors reached a settlement with Implant Direct. As a result of the agreement, Implant Direct will license technology from Zest Anchors for use in manufacturing its line of GoDirect products while phasing out the GPS abutments and sell Zest’s Locator Attachment System.
Russellville Dental Lab has filled prescriptions with using Zest Anchor and Implant Direct as prescribed. RDL will fully warranty any case that was prescribed to use GPS abutments to fulfill the product offering change in the future.
